Such work is above all roofwork and floorwork. Taking into account the importance of this kind of work, we order other companies, which are able to guarantee high quality of the work throughout the whole time at a given level, to complete the assignment.

FUNDAMENTAL WORK

Accuracy of fundamental work completion plays an important role in the whole investment. It is connected with the quick and accurate assembly of steel construction, enclosure and it affects the insulation of the whole building. To obtain such high parameters of earthwork and fundamental work, we work with:

• professional measuring equipment
• repeatable and fast fundamental formwork such as PERI 
• we make geotechnical research

Accuracy of our concrete work when placing concrete on the post anchor is of ±1mm.

ENCLOSURE OF WAREHOUSE HALLS, FREEZERS AND COLD STORES

We offer the cold store enclosure made of freezing sandwich slabs which we obtain from the leading Polish and foreign producers. All joints are made in order to eliminate any thermal bridges totally. According to one's needs and expectations we offer the hall enclosure with the foamed polystyrene or polyurethane core, thick enough, and for unheated halls - made of e.g. coated sheet metal.

The cold store and industrial doors that we offer provide a lot of possibilities and ways of use. The doors are fully automatic with opening time and wideness control, etc. We offer the assembly of professional re-loading docks and fast doors in re-loading space.  

FLOOR INSULATION

At the cold store, where high quality of storing is necessary, a specific kind of transportation (tracks) , insulation made of foamed polystyrene is quite dangerous. Therefore, it is necessary to insulate the floor with the foamed polyurethane 2 x 8 cm thick, which we offer to you. Where there is less loading, if necessary, foamed polystyrene insulation is good enough.

REINFORCED SLAB AND THERMAL SCREEN

We offer the following intersection of concrete floor:

• lean concrete 10 cm thick / B-10/
• thermal screen (cold stores)
• heating cables (cold stores)
• insulation made of foamed polyurethane 2 x 8cm thick or in other stores - foamed polystyrene which is thick enough
• metal leaf insulation

Reinforced slab 20 cm thick B-30

The upper reinforced slab is made of B-30 concrete reinforced with dispersion reinforcement instead of floor reinforcement with reinforced steel nets. Flexibilizer is added to concrete, which makes concrete tight and it limits concrete shrinkage and creep, which plays an important part e.g. in a cold store. Topping is added to the upper reinforced slab (surface hardening). Next the remaining floor is varnished to secure it against frost and water, as well as it make concrete perfectly smooth. The floor we offer is:

CONCRETE PEDESTALS

Made in reinforced system framework /B-30/, surface-hardened, varnished. They meet EU fillet requirements.
